Our shipping options have recently changed!

We send all of our orders with Australia Post.


We offer both Standard + Express shipping options with Australia Post. Our plants can survive in the box for over a week and are packaged securely with eco friendly recyclable packaging 


Standard Shipping: 2 - 6 Business Days after shipment.
We only ship Standard Shipping orders on Mondays.


Express Shipping: 1 - 3 Business Days after shipment.

We only ship Express Shipping orders on Monday's + Tuesday's.


We are unable to send plants to WA, NT or TAS due to biosecurity rules.

What if my plant arrives damaged?
Oh oh! We package all of our plants very carefully but sometimes accidents do happen! 

In the rare occasion that a plant arrives damaged or very unhappy, we ask that you please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your package, with photos included to hello@theplantbuddies.com 

This ensures we are able to sort out you issue promptly!
How much does shipping cost?
We Offer Free Shipping On Order Over $79

Standard Shipping (under $79) - $9.95
Standard Shipping (over $79) - FREE

Express Shipping (under $99) - $14.99
Express Shipping (over $99) - $18.95
How do you package the plants?
We package the plants in their nursery pots, in cartons securely so they are safe during transport.  
All of our orders are currently packaged using almost 100% recyclable packaging.
Currently, the only non recyclable item in our shipments is plastic tape on the nursery pots and fragile tape around the boxes!
When do you ship the plants?
We ship orders that include plants on Monday ONLY (for Standard Delivery) and both Monday and Tuesday ONLY (for Express Delivery).
This ensures that if there are delays in the shipping network, your order should still arrive in the same week.
Don't Stress though, our plants can survive in the box for over a week!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Depending on which service you have chosen and your shipping address shipping times will vary.

Standard Shipping: 2 - 6 Business Days after shipment.

Express Shipping: 1 - 3 Business Days after shipment.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email or text containing your Parcel tracking number.

If you do not receive an email or text containing a shipping number, please check your junk email.
